Arroz Chaufa De Mariscos

This is Peruvian paella. It ranks up there with some of the best I've eaten anywhere in the states or in Spain. Everything is delicious, but a major warning - be very hungry - or split it with a friend. Very generous portions of all the different things we've eaten there. Definitely on our return often list.

OMG ?. I was completely blown away with this dish! The flavor combinations just stimulate your tastebuds. This was my first experience with Peruvian cuisine and I am happy to report that Brasas Peruanas didn't disappoint. Amazing food! We shall return and bring guests.
